OUR STORY
Our Program
Tai Chi For Life (TCFL) is a certification program designed to provide personal trainers, physical therapists, and assisted living facility staff members the training and materials to teach the TCFL program.
Our Mission
Through age-old techniques used to promote healing and longevity, we teach authentic Shaolin and Tai Chi movements that strengthen the mind, body, and spirit.

Tai Chi has a long history in health and wellness.
Tai Chi was developed centuries ago to increase the mind-body connection to create a healthy increased human life span. Today, it has grown to become popular across current generations in the Western world.
Tai Chi is being used by millions of seniors in Asia, and just recently in the past 15 years it has become more acceptable in the United States and Western medicine.
Growth has become widely popular as our new generation of seniors have aged and the art's reputation as a low-stress training method for seniors has become more well-known.
