ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES

TCFL Remote Classes for Residents

This course is a remote program taught over Zoom in half hour sessions, one to two times a week. This course is designed for assisted living residents and taught by TCFL certified trainers.

TCFL Training for Assisted Living Staff

This course is designed as the core foundation of TCFL for any interested participant to teach the program, split into two levels of expertise. The courses train your staff to be able to deliver the workout in person to assisted living residents.

 

This includes Level 1: Instructor and Level 2: Senior Instructor of the certification program. Each level includes 8 hours of an instructional training program. Level 2 instructors are designed to support Level 1 instructors in practice. The Level 1 and Level 2 course curriculum is stated below. This course can be completed as an in-person training program or as online instructional sessions taught over Zoom.

  • 4 full 1/2 hour rotating lesson plans

  • Includes multiple short sessions

  • Lessons plan integration for students that are in a chair/wheel chair or memory care

LEVEL 2: Senior Instructor Certification

  • Advanced Philosophy of Tai Chi

Ongoing Support 

Our courses offer ongoing support after initial training programming to ensure you remain knowledgeable and experienced in the TCFL curriculum. We stay with you every step of the way.
